Cutting Wire

Cutting - Straightening, cutting and chamfering wire with diameters from slash 1.5 to slash 10.0 mm. We have two types of straightening and curring machines: Wafios R32+EBF and Udara 10.

Bending

Bending of wire with diameters up to &Oslash 12.0 mm. This wide range of bending is possible thanks to the high quality of machines: Wafios BM-3, AIM-AFM-3D2-T

Welding

We can weld wires, rods and flat bars. We have high quality machines for welding rods: Schlatter PG 12.0/3C and Schlatter MG 911.

Painting Line

Painting line with modern shot-blasting machine, which allows to paint large size parts.

One-sided veneering machine of narrow planes for machining straight edges, veneering and finishing the various types of veneer in longitudinal and transverse process.

Specification:

radiator for heating the element to obtain the optimal gluing quality
glue application unit with a special coating enabling the use of all types of glue, such as EVA, PUR or polyolefin adhesives
precise adjustment of the amount of an applying glue by means of a calliper
applying a glue synchronously or counter-rotatingly with a pneumatically adjustable slider to dispense the amount of glue
in terms of controlling- the possibility of setting two different levels of a hot-melt glue
cutting off is accomplished by the vertical movement of the ball which penetrates only the thickness of the veneer preventing from scratches of the previously veneered edges
