The entire process is carried out on a state-of-the-art AABO Ideal automatic line with GEMA powder application, providing precise, even, and repeatable surface finishes.

In traditional methods, streaks often appear, the color may not match what is shown on the packaging, and the paint can crack and peel over time. In a powder coating process, the application is entirely different. The paint is evenly applied to the object, eliminating visible brush marks.
