Our welding services are not based solely on joining two materials together. Welding is a process that consists of prior preparation of components and, importantly, quality control of the finished element performed after the work is completed. Thanks to the proper preparation of materials, the binder is more durable and the structure does not have unsightly-looking joints. In turn, inspection after welding allows you to assess the effect both visually and in terms of strength. That is why our welding services are referred to as professional.
We offer wire straightening, cutting and chamfering services with diameters from ϕ 1.5 to ϕ 10.0 mm. We have two types of straightening and cutting machines: Wafios R32 + EBF and Udara 10. We offer extremely careful and precise cutting of wire to size - with millimeter accuracy. We guarantee high quality services!
We provide wire bending services with diameters up to ϕ 12.0 mm. Such a wide bending range is possible thanks to the use of high-quality Wafios and AIM machines. We guarantee that professional wire bending is quick and efficient. We provide high repeatability and precision of the final elements. We will complete your order without any problems.
