POWDER COATING
We offer comprehensive powder coating services for wire and metal components using both standard and textured powders in the full RAL, PANTONE, and NCS color ranges, as well as customer-supplied paints. Coating is performed in a fully automated cycle with complete surface preparation. The maximum length of components that can be coated in a single pass is 2500 mm, and the minimum coating thickness is 60 microns, ensuring durability and resistance to operational conditions. The entire process is carried out on a state-of-the-art AABO Ideal automatic line with GEMA powder application, providing precise, even, and repeatable surface finishes.

POWDER COATING PLANT – WHY IS IT A PROVEN CHOICE?
The key difference we observe with powder coating is the superior visual effect achieved on the painted surface. In traditional methods, streaks often appear, the color may not match what is shown on the packaging, and the paint can crack and peel over time. In a powder coating process, the application is entirely different. The paint is evenly applied to the object, eliminating visible brush marks. The resulting color is deeper and more saturated, and the paint bonds seamlessly with the material, preventing it from peeling or falling off.
