Website terms of use

§ 1 General provisions

These terms of use (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the website available at www.wireland.pl (the “Website”).
The owner of the Website and the provider of electronic services is WIRELAND sp. z o.o., ul. Szarych Szeregów 10, 77-100 Bytów, Poland (the “Administrator”).
Users of the Website may be natural persons, legal persons and organisational units using the functions of the Website (the “User”).

§ 2 Rules for using the Website

Use of the Website is voluntary.
The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms and good practice.
The User may not provide any content that is unlawful, offensive, infringes the rights of others or is otherwise harmful.

§ 3 Electronic services

The Website provides electronic services, including browsing its content.
To use the services, a device with Internet access and a web browser is required.
Some services may require creating a user account. The User undertakes to provide true information when registering.

§ 4 Liability

The Administrator is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by force majeure, actions of third parties or malfunction of the User’s devices.
The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Website for maintenance or updates.

§ 5 Copyright

All content available on the Website, including texts, photos, graphics and multimedia, is protected by copyright and belongs to the Administrator or is used under licence.
Copying, distributing or using the content of the Website without the Administrator’s consent is prohibited.

§ 6 Privacy policy

Detailed information on the processing of Users’ personal data can be found in the Privacy policy available at: privacy policy.

§ 7 Complaints

The User may submit complaints regarding the operation of the Website by e-mail to: biuro@wireland.pl.
Complaints will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

§ 8 Final provisions

The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of any changes on the home page of the Website at least 14 days in advance.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
These Terms enter into force on 1 December 2024.
