Małgorzata Wicher – Płaczkiewicz started her career at Wireland sp. z.o.o on December 4, 2012 as a marketing specialist, but as a young ambitious person she focused on further development and in this way, on March 1, 2014, she was appointed the Director of Foreign Trade. Her desire for further development, her ability to manage people and, above all, how well she chose her colleagues, made it easier for President Henryk Recław to make a decision about further engagement of Małgorzata. She has successfully completed the subsequent functions of the Commercial Director and the Managing Director. Małgorzata Wicher Płaczkiewicz is a well-educated, well-organized, ambitious and full of empathy, which greatly facilitates the process of managing people. Such efficient management gave her another promotion.
On August 1, 2018, the President of the Management Board handed Małgorzata Wicher – Płaczkiewicz a new contract for employment as the General Director. Along with its new function, the company hopes for a further increase in profits and for efficient and very good coordination of the work of the entire company.
